Paul Robinson, a law professor at the University of Pennsylvania, is the former chairman (1986-88) of the U.S. Sentencing Commission and teaches, researches and writes about criminal code reform and criminal sentencing.

His books include "Would You Convict? Seventeen Cases that Challenged the Law," "Structure and Function in Criminal Law," "Criminal Law Case Studies" and "Teacher's Manual for Criminal Law Case Studies."
