Ambassador Lewis work in Africa through The Stephen Lewis Foundation helps provide care to people with HIV/AIDS, assists orphans and other AIDS-affected children and grandmothers who care for their orphaned grandchildren.

The event is co-sponsored by Penns Office of the Provost, African Studies Center and Office of International Programs.

The event is free and open to the public, but pre-registration is required at http:/ia.oip.upenn.edu/globalforum.html.  Online registration, however, does not guarantee admittance.  On the day of the event, seats are available on a first-come-first-served basis.
