U.S. Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia will speak about constitutional interpretation.
He began his career in private practice in Cleveland. He has also served as a judge of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia and general counsel of the Office of Telecommunications Policy. Scalia has been a professor of law at the universities of Virginia and Chicago and a visiting professor of law at Georgetown and Stanford universities.
A native of Trenton, N. J., he has been a member of the Supreme Court since 1986.
