Pakistani Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry will discuss the rule of law and the independence of the judiciary. Mr. Chaudry was removed from the court and placed under house arrest for several months earlier this year after then-President Musharraf suspended the constitution and declared a state of emergency.
