The newest Guest Chef event at the University of Pennsylvania will feature the creations of Tim Spinner, chef at Distrito.
In the series, sponsored by Penn Dining and now in its fourth year, chefs from restaurants from around Philadelphia create culinary favorites for Penn students right in their every-day dining hall.
Spinner, working with Penn Dining staff, will serve a menu that features chicken enchiladas, esquites (Mexican street-style corn) and crab guacamole.
