On Sunday, March 20, a panel of Pennsylvania civic and governmental leaders will judge five interdisciplinary teams of Penn graduate students competing for a prize of $5,000 – and recognition as regional visionaries – at the annual Public Policy Challenge Finals. Finalist teams have developed plans to address a broad-range of issues from price transparency in Philadelphia’s health-care system to transformation of the Broad Street Concourse into an underground arts district.
