Celebrated structural engineer Cecil Balmond has collaborated with some of the world's most innovative and prominent architects, including World Trade Center site architect, Daniel Libeskind, a member of the Penn School of Design faculty..
Balmond will discuss his book, which explains his unique process of joining architecture with and his conception of engineering.
In the spring '04 semester, Balmond will teach Advanced Architectural Design at Penn's School of Design.
