Provost Daniels, Dr. Kettl and Dr. Kunreuther, co-editors of the new book "On Risk and Disaster: Lessons from Hurricane Katrina, will participate in this open forum on disaster response and rebuilding on the Gulf Coast.

Ronald Daniels co-authored "Rethinking the Welfare State: The Prospects for Government" and co-edited "The Security of Freedom: Essays on Canada's Anti-Terrorism Bill."

Donald F. Kettl, is author of "System Under Stress: Homeland Security and American Politics" and co-author of "The Politics of the Administrative Process."

Howard Kunreuther co-authored "Catastrophe Modeling: A New Approach to Managing Risk" and "Wharton on Making Decisions."
