The Saturday night of Penn Relays weekend is for for stepping, not running. The Class of '23 Ice Skating Rink trembled beneath the stomping feet of fraternity brothers - like these seven acrobats from Penn's Alpha Phi Alpha chapter - and sorority sisters who performed elaborate routines during the annual Penn Relays step show organized by the Bicultural InterGreek Council (BIG-C).
