Casey and Arlen Specter, Philadelphia Mayor Michael Nutter and others visited Penn on Feb. 27 for the inaugural Middle Class Task Force Meeting. Biden, six cabinet secretaries and task force members visited the Left Bank building with Anne Papageorge, vice president of Facilities and Real Estate Services at Penn (top) to learn how the University is conserving energy and creating green jobs.
