The Alfred Fitler Moore Professor in Electrical and Systems Engineering and in Mechanical Engineering and Applied Mechanics has been elected to the National Academy of Engineering for his contributions to the technology and commercialization of Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems for health care.

In honor of Valentine's Day, and as a way of fostering community in her Shakespeare in Love course, Becky Friedman took her students to the University Club for lunch one class period.
