The newest members of the Penn community have arrived on campus—and sophomores, juniors, and seniors have some sage advice for the freshmen: Find your passion and leave room to explore.
Upperclassmen boast about the vast array of academic, social, and recreational opportunities on campus, encourage freshmen to embrace challenges that arise over the next four years, and spill the beans on where to find some of the tastiest food in Philadelphia, from Korean barbecue to tacos.

In honor of Valentine's Day, and as a way of fostering community in her Shakespeare in Love course, Becky Friedman took her students to the University Club for lunch one class period. They talked about the movie "Shakespeare in Love," as part of a broader conversation on how Shakespeare's works are adapted.
