The Ecological Landscape Stewardship Plan, developed in 2018, offers a framework for the Division of Facilities and Real Estate Services to design, maintain, and celebrate the beauty of the campus landscape with an emphasis on its role as a balanced ecological system.

Designing for, and with, forests

Nicholas Pevzner, assistant professor of landscape architecture at the Weitzman School of Design, is leading a landscape architecture studio that focuses on forest management in the American West.

Robert Gerard Pietrusko on landscape design, spatial modeling, and conspiracy theories

Robert Gerard Pietrusko joined the standing faculty of the Department of Landscape Architecture as an associate professor, and teaches a landscape architecture studio called Conspiracy as Method, which looks at a number of natural disasters that have been attributed to climate change.
