University of Pennsylvania Moves Forward With 24-Acre Penn Park; Groundbreaking Scheduled for Nov. 6
PHILADELPHIA –- The University of Pennsylvania will officially break ground at 1 p.m., Friday, Nov. 6, for its 24-acre Penn Park, a $46 million project at the eastern edge of campus that features open space, athletic fields and tennis courts.
