It is with great sorrow that we inform you of the death of Leonore Annenberg (HON '85), Emeritus Trustee and founding member of the Joint Committee of the Trustees of the Annenberg School for Communication, and for decades one of Penn’s most committed and supportive friends.

 

PHILADELPHIA –- The University of Pennsylvania announced today that Penn Park, a $40 million green swath of open space and athletic fields, will replace 14 acres of asphalt parking lots once owned by the United States Postal Service.

 PHILADELPHIA – Denis F. Kinane has been named dean of the School of Dental Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania, effective July 1.
