A new Penn Museum exhibition puts a spotlight on fashion featuring 250 items spanning 2,500 years, including clothing, jewelry, uniforms, weapons, even tattoos. “The Stories We Wear” will be on view through June 12.
Guest curator Roberto Lugohas covered the walls of the Arthur Ross Gallery with the art of graffiti as part of the new exhibition “God Complex: Different Philadelphia,” on view through Dec. 19. In his interpretation, Lugo has divided the gallery, with portraits from the Penn Art Collection on one side, including Ben Franklin and George Washington, and his artworks on the other, including ceramic pieces featuring portraits of people of color.

For the first time Penn’s annual Fall Student Activities Fair was both in person and online over a three-day period. Nearly 600 groups registered to participate this year, and thousands of students signed up for organizations.

An aspiring comedy writer, senior Ilyse Reisman got a chance to be on set and in meetings to pitch production ideas during her RealArts@Penn summer internship at the film studio Indigenous Media in Los Angeles.
